| Job description: | 1. Implement HR system throughout company, like making company rules and regulations. 2. Recruitment of new workers and retain them. Also must have good market survey about labours and attract them. 3. Must have ability to take interview and select the right candidate suitable for company operations. 4. Implement retention planning / programme. 5. Implement and control good pay roll systems. 6. Control on labour strike personally ( if happens) and resolve. 7. Arrange labour facilities like housing / transport / medical / safety / bonus /meals etc. 8. Arrange and control social insurance every month throughout company 9. Arrange hotels / car rental ( if any ) for foreigners. 10. Control office stationary/ expenses. 11. Arrange replacement of workers immediately if they leave. 12. Make records on labour turnover and working manhours. 13. Translation of Vietnamese to English ( if required) for foreigners. 14. Control on HR staff ( there will be 2 assistance for HR executive and time keeper) |
| General requirement: | 1. Good command over English 2. Age – 30 year and above 3. Gender – Male ( preferably) 4. Should have passport ( if not – must apply) 5. Ready to travel country side / abroad 6. Dynamic and hard working 7. Min 3 -5 year experience in labour handling. 8. Should have basic knowledge on Vietnam labour law 9. Should have basic contacts for govt officials, administrations etc. 10. Should have good computer knowledge |
