- Use variety sources to search and specify candidates upon request.
- Contact and invite candidates for the initial interviews.
- Provide candidates’ information with professional appraisement to Clients.
- Discuss, consult Clients to recruit the most suitable candidates.
- Set up hệ thống tổng vụ nhân sự từ ban đầu.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân sự.
- Phụ trách, quản lý toàn bộ công việc của phòng nhân sự.
- Thư ký, phiên dịch cho Giám đốc người Nhật khi được yêu cầu.
- Support Head of HR in setting up and deploying, philosophy, policies, budgets
- Build up and update the salary tables and scales; benefits
- Advise the salary, benefits for each position, person, performance
- Collect the updated market data in C&B to support for C&B strategy
