Mô tả công việc:
- Responsible for all matters relating to sales for products in a defined sales territory
- Monitor existing and potential markets, competition, products, trends and developments.
- Participate in sales meetings, conduct product and sales training, attend customer demonstrations
- Work closely with both individual sale staff to drive monthly and annual performance to sales objectives and to discuss what works well, what doesn’t, and steps for improving cooperation and performance.
